Flavor Powders

Flavor powders create intense bursts of taste and unique textural experiences in frozen desserts. They can be folded in, dusted on top, or used as garnishes.

Maltodextrin absorbs fats to create powders from oils and nut butters. The powder dissolves on the tongue, releasing pure fat flavor.
